professional staff good food rude response running toilet
I appreciated the friendly, professional staff. The food was good. The hotel is also a short walk from Imperial Wharf station.
The lifts struggled to arrive. I asked a lady for help and received a rude response. The toilet was continuously running.

spacious ensuite pleasant view
i stayed in a superior room it suited my needs well the room had air conditioning i appreciated the spacious ensuite. i found the street view from my window quite pleasant it was not too noisy.
the water pressure in the shower was a little weak at times it was still adequate though.

friendly staff clean room defective system room key
The staff was friendly. The room was also clean.
The room key system constantly malfunctioned. I had to go to the front desk to reset it almost every time I returned to the room. This was quite a pain.

my room featured a functional desk area for working. the bathroom offered ample counter space around the sink. i found the blackout curtains effective at blocking outside light.
the room service menu had limited vegetarian options.
