I appreciated the friendly, professional staff. The food was good. The hotel is also a short walk from Imperial Wharf station.
I asked a lady for help and received a rude response. The toilet was continuously running.

spacious ensuitepleasant view
i stayed in a superior room it suited my needs well the room had air conditioning i appreciated the spacious ensuite. i found the street view from my window quite pleasant it was not too noisy.
the water pressure in the shower was a little weak at times it was still adequate though.

The room key system constantly malfunctioned. I had to go to the front desk to reset it almost every time I returned to the room. This was quite a pain.

my room featured a functional desk area for working. the bathroom offered ample counter space around the sink. i found the blackout curtains effective at blocking outside light.
the room service menu had limited vegetarian options.
